Although Spencer Escape was a horse ranch for 20 years, you'd never know it today. After $300,000 in upgrades, renovations, and the addition of the LAPD S.W.A.T. team obstacle course, the property is first rate.

Our facility has two large fireplaces (one in the main house, and one in the studio), as well as a complete kitchen. The outdoor kitchen has a four-burner grill, wok burner, fridge, sink and bar.

The "Studio" has a 120-watt home theater system and a Mitsubishi big screen TV. This room is approximately 500 square feet.

We have four restrooms for your convenience. Two of them (pictured right), are located outside and just a steps from the main house and challenge course area.

The main yard is for meetings, campfire chats, performances on the stage, shuffleboard, bocci ball, and just relaxing. You may even want to bring your painting supplies.
