over-arching goal is to provide an opportunity
for you to understand your individual skills and
teammates' skills, working style and knowledge-base
within a team setting. Spencer Escape's staff is
skilled at running not only the "fun" part of the
hunt, but also at facilitating discussion and team
structures leading to higher team performance.

Where
do these scavenger hunts take place? Spencer
Escape in Big Bear, CA is where the fun begins.
The hunt will take you by foot, throughout the
3-acres of the Spencer Escape property. The old
burro trails will also be part of the terrain traveled.
This adventure will take you into Big Bear City
and around the lake. Finally, finishing once again
at Spencer Escape.
How
long does a typical hunt last? The typical
hunt lasts a full 5 hours, although it can also
be adjusted to meet your specific activity needs.
Your hunt will include a pre-hunt warm-up and a
final debrief wrap-up as you settle in around the
bonfire. Your adventure hunt will include ice breakers,
Polaroid cameras, full-color clue sheets, maps,
snacks, water, and prizes.
What
